PRODUCT UPDATE
Introducing Document Credits
A simpler way to manage your credits — and what it means for your account
We’re introducing Document Credits, our new credit type for redlining contracts. Going forward, Document Credits will be the credits available to purchase. If you already use Sift Credits, the most important thing to know is this: nothing changes for you, and you don’t need to do anything.
What this means for you
✓ Your existing Sift Credits stay valid. Any balance you already have remains fully usable — there is no expiry or loss tied to this change.
✓ No action is needed. We will not convert or migrate your account automatically. You keep using your credits exactly as you do today.
✓ Both credit types work side by side. If you hold both Sift Credits and Document Credits, your account can carry and use both at the same time.
✓ Your oldest credits are used first. When you redline a contract, we draw down your oldest balance first — so nothing sits unused longer than it needs to.
✓ Switching is your choice. If you’d prefer to move to Document Credits, just let us know and we’ll take care of it.
